In the quiet small town of Allentown, Pennsylvania, police are left stunned when a family is found brutally murdered in their home. Somehow, the young girl of the family survived and witnessed the horror. The police promise to protect her until the maniac is caught. Lurking in the shadows, a serial killer walks among them, ready to kill at any moment.
